Welcome to New Sea View Villa Hotel

All rooms at New Sea View Villa have recently been re-decorated to an extremely high standard and furnished with local furniture and art work (click here to view). Each room has spring mattresses, mosquito netting, hot water power shower and either air con or fan as standard. Each room is cleaned professionally every day with new linen and towel change every three days. We currently have CCTV in operation as well as a 24 hour reception. Ground Floor:

The ground floor has one double room and one triple room. All rooms on the ground floor are air conditioned and are priced at $15 for the double and $20 for the family (triple) room.

First Floor:

The first floor at Sea View Villa has three triple rooms and one twin room. All rooms are spacious and air conditioned. Prices for these rooms range from $20 for the twin room to $40 for the large (50 square metre) triple rooms. Two of these rooms are equipped with bath tub and balcony.

Second Floor:

The rooms on the second floor consist of 7 twin rooms and one single room. All have fan and power shower and are priced at $15 twin rooms and $8 for the single room.

	New Sea View Villa Hotel is situated only 50 metres from the most popular Sihanoukville beaches (Serendipity and Ochheuteal). It is also only a 4 minute moto drive away from the town centre.
	The hotel benefits from a large 250 square metre roof terrace over looking the sea for the benefit of all guests. This area has ample lounging areas and from time to time is used as a live music venue by roaming musicians.
	The lobby area, located on the middle floor contains the reception, bar and cable TV area. There is also a small terrace area where you can enjoy a coffee or one of our tasty cocktails
	The ground floor of the hotel tranforms from daytime cafe and ice cream parlour to international restaurant by night. Whether you are looking for a sumptous breakfast (click for menu) or an afternoon coffee and pastry (click for menu) then this is a must visit. By night, our resident chef will muster a selection of traditional European dishes (click for menu) as well as a selection of sumptuous desserts.
